Reserve Now & Pay Later
Full payment will be due 2-9* days prior to the travel date.
Reserve Now & Pay Later allows you to make a confirmed reservation for most of our tours and activities with no upfront payment!
Note: if your travel is more than twelve (12) months out OR within three (3) days of travel, Reserve Now Pay Later will not be available; however, you may still book the experience with full payment, based on availability.
Pricing and promotions remain the same when using Reserve Now Pay Later. You may use any valid promotion code and take advantage of any discount rates available on the site.
Once you have completed your booking, you will have a confirmed reservation. A final payment reminder will be sent five (5) days prior to your travel date and full payment will be due 2-9* days prior to the travel date.
When using Reserve Now Pay Later, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of reservation; however, your ticket will not be available until full payment has been made. Upon final payment, you will receive an email with a link to your ticket.
*The payment date is dependent upon the booking/product selected.
Cancellation Policy
There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking.

Free Cancellation
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start date/time*.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start date/time*, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start date/time* will not be accepted.
Non-refundable
These experiences are non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Moderate
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days* before the experience's start time.
If you cancel less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
Strict
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days* before the experience's start time.
Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
For a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-6 full days* before the experience's start time.
If you cancel less than 2 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Custom
The specific terms and conditions for an experience with a custom cancellation policy can be found on the experience page within the Cancellation Policy section.
*The "Free Cancellation" policy allows you to request a change to and/or cancel a Booking up until 24 hours before the selected start time of the Experience; or if the Experience does not have an explicit start time, the deadline to request a change or to cancel will generally be 11:59 pm, two days before the start date. Timings are calculated by the time zone of the Experience
