We operate across Rawai and Southern Phuket, managing short-term holiday rentals and long-term tenancies for private property owners. Our portfolio is deliberately small — because doing this well requires real attention, not a spreadsheet.

Richard Majellan
Richard Majellan is the founder of Elephant Property Management, with over forty years of experience across business, hospitality, property investment and management. Originally from Australia, Richard has managed businesses and properties in Australia, Fiji, Vietnam and Thailand, and has owned and managed an extensive residential property portfolio of his own. His focus is simple: maximise returns for property owners while providing exceptional experiences for guests — through honest communication, attention to detail and professional management.
Lhin Niyomkun
Lhin is the Thai partner behind Elephant Property Management — bringing local knowledge, hospitality experience and day-to-day oversight of the Elephant Herd. Based full-time in Rawai, Lhin ensures every property is well cared for and every guest is looked after to the standard Elephant is known for.
